City requests Developer fix 22 problems with the proposal
The builder bought the parcel for $40k while neighboring properties of the same size or less are worth $700 to 1 million dollars. This property has not been touched for at least 40 years.

The City of Lake Forest Park, Planning Department, does their job, including reading comments from citizens and making sure the the proposal meets the required criteria. It does not. However, if he resubmits, the city still needs to know the LFP citizens want accountability.
